Full Coordination ~ 12% of total budget (minimum charge of £750)

This service is the most comprehensive and covers all aspects of the celebration from the engagement to the honeymoon. The following are just some of the aspects this service offers-

• Devising a schedule, timetable and checklist
• Setting a budget and composing a budget planner
• Sourcing and securing your perfect venue
• Accompanying you to as many venues as it takes to find the right one
• Sourcing and securing suppliers
• Attending and overseeing rehearsals and meetings with suppliers
• Attendance on the day (I will be there from first thing in the morning till the last party goer stops dancing!!!)
• Coordinate the collection of wedding gifts on the day
• Returning any hired items following the celebration

Partial coordination ~ starting at £350 depending on the amount of work

Some couples will have done a great deal of the work planning their special day but as it draws closer everyday life can get in the way meaning you can struggle to tie up all the loose ends. The partial coordination package is designed especially for such couples.

I will meet with you approximately 4-6 weeks before your wedding to discuss the plans you have already made and devise a plan to carry out whatever remains to be done.

One off consultation ~ Priced at £150 (if you then decide you require further help this is deducted from the final total)

Lots of people will have had their wedding planned in their heads for years but struggle with where to begin; I offer a one-off meeting where I will put you on track for your magical journey. Included are-

• Booklet of step by step guidance of what to do and when
• A budget planner
• A brief wedding etiquette guide
• Helpful hints and tips

On the day management ~ £250

It is sometimes nice to have someone you trust to oversee all the preparations and activities of your wedding day.

I will meet with you two weeks prior to your wedding to discuss the arrangements to ensure I am fully aware of all aspects of your plans.

I arrive at the venue on the day to ensure that everyone is where they should be and know their roles for the day. I will make sure that the day runs smoothly meaning you and your guests are free to enjoy and celebrate this most memorable day.

I will stay for as long as you require me to; I do not have set hours as every wedding is unique and has different requirements.

Venue/supplier sourcing ~ From £200

After talking your ideas and aspirations for you wedding day though with you I will shortlist three suppliers which I feel best suit your need and requirements. I will accompany you to all meetings making sure that you get the most out of the process.
